There was some mention of a floor price with the Dutchess facility..
"certain adjustment events, such as the share price trading below the floor price, can reduce the draw down by 1/5 for every day an adjustment event occurs."

I don't know what the floor price is but I'm fairly sure it is north of $.001. This may reduce or eliminate the draw downs from Dutchess.

Any contract news would sure make me feel a lot better!!
