    Re the numbers you "discussing", would it be rude of me to suggest that the $19.736M being debated actually has nothing to do to the Dutchess SOD facility whatsoever. I believe that this number related to the debt associated with the outstanding notes on issue. As notes are converted this number actually drops but this doesn't add anything to "available".
