NHC put 950million on the table as cash alternative.
I'd like NHC to be able to get MCC then I would continue buying NHC shares.
ALready own both but would think NHC share price would go down or not move for some time. Good news is the sale of Arrow looks to be going ahead.
Wait and see what happens tomorrow.
