I am not sure where you would get that idea from.
SOL are the major holder of NHC, but the offer is 2.7 NHC for 1 MCC should a cash offer be put in as well the money would come from NHC.
NHC have over 1 Bill in the kitty with more to come from the pending takeover of AOE.
NHC are a stand alone as are all the other listed stocks that SOL are involed with.
