Please if you have another technical question, I'd rather keep it out of this thread and focus here on fundamentals.
But in short, I'd say the volume and rejection is typical of new highs (hard to imagine a tougher barrier than 10c) and as PEN has done for weeks, it hits a new high, retraces, then breaks a new high.
We've retraced after a new high today as I predicted... so what comes next...? ;)
