I would not waste my time worrying about Skoll and those who have lost money, by following some bewildering logic. Let alone trying to understand how they have applied and derived their logic.

They have placed their bets, and they are given their rewards.

I would just move on, feeling quite good...
+15%=+15% and I will take it.
