can we start an action ?

When I bought my shares first time in MEL I did it on the base of supporting a company to deliver less polluting energy than coal,
Nsw needs it to improve manufacturing ,create jobs,have its own supply.
MEL complied with all the regulations and rules.
When the “protesters “ started making noises the NSW Gov. made a backflip,came up with new regulations and guidelines.
Now ,we not even trying for CSG,but traditional gas and we are stopped again.
What is the NSW Office of Coal Seam Gas want to know now ,they just have to see their own records.
Neither the local Council or the state government allow us to do a legitimate activity.
Both of them will put up more and more hurdle against MEL,instead of facing the “protesters”.
If this is the way from them,then I recommend a class action against the local council and the NSW government to recover our investments.
Is anyone knows a legal firm who can and would handle it?
