Just a thought.
How come RRV Council could accept a D.A from
the unwashed when they did not own the land on which they had set up camp?
IMO the D,A. should have been lodged by the land owner.
Another point, who is the land owner?
Maybe he was jealous because Mel were not drilling from his side if the fence !!!!
