Agreed , it is a ridiculous way to milk more money out of the company and look like they are doing something meaningful.
In fact more than $100m has been spent [wasted] on $GLL by 3 or 4 now Ceo's.
It is a dud.
So why VEN shareholders are bailing it out makes little sense from a business perspective.
Wait for the agm and make sure we vote against all the motions.
But we all need to act or they will merely take us for mugs again...
