At the risk of my post being labeled senseless or repetitive by the self appointed CE1 post moderator, may I kindly suggest management would be too close to reserve report amendments to buy stock at the moment. There may also be other negotiations regarding forward plans that may prevent management from buying. I personally don't see a lack of management buying as a unwillingness to do so.
