Not sure Id agree with such **legal** advise, I would have thought at best no single Supreme Court judge would bring down a final verdict, and as we see with TTS and TAH ( maybe you have forgotten those two, after all its only a billion plus interest)both went to appeal at the Supreme court....AND then onto the High Court.
This is where Dopey Dan will end I have no doubt...what ever advise hes had needs be tabled to see that he isnt making his legal advise up..as no lawyer will claim it would end with a single Supreme Court judge..no matter what side you're on...its a billion plus for Christ sake, the fees alone would be eye watering retirement fodder for any QC.
And its seems clear cut to me....that Dopey has had the knowledge you wonder about since he became Premier..and hes still insistent on going to Court to prolong things...this guy aint a leader matey..hes a dud.
