    Guess how much money UCL gave away to JAB Technologies in the form of a free debt forgiveness when it was floated off in September? Personally I think it stinks. Especially when you consider that the chairman of JAB is the one and the same as the Chairman of UCL.
    The only reason I can assume that UCL gave JAB $7 million is that JAB wasnt worth anything and never would be. If that was true, why were shares for JAB offered in a prospectus on the Newcastle Stock exchange?
