I noted on page 34 (section 4.5) that "... Nexus has unused tax losses not brought to account of approximately AUD 155.6 million. We have incorporated these tax losses in the Models."

Without access to their "Models" it is difficult to see how they have brought these losses into account, if these are discounted by 11-12% per annum as well, or indeed if they are all used or not. I suspect that this will be in the "we will never know" category.

Like yourself, though, I suspect that their true value is not reflected in the offer! Let's see what NexusBattle come up with.
