Does anything meaningful actually come out of these meetings. Id love to see a video feed as i dont live in perth and would like to see if anyone gets into them. List of resolutions doesnt include commiting to some form of accountability in missed guidance on income and deals. Just seems to be a list of new incentive options, big pay packets and a set up to raise the next 2 million with 25% issue of new shares. Seriously how can there be absolutely no proposals to contain or reduce spending for a company with virtually no income. Last financial year income was less than 2 million and they have clearly stated they currently burn 6 million a year or 1.5 per quarter. Looks like nothing is going to be announced before the meeting. I guess we choose "option A" or "Option A" for the finance deal and hope that is what the partners are waiting on to sign deals??? .Cant imagine any partner would be keen to sign a million dollar deal at the moment with a company that barely has that much in the bank?
