I agree Peace, better terms, or relistically any terms at the moment as they cant get a deal done as it is, never mind with better terms. They are obviously on the back foot trying to push the pharmas into a deal rather than the other way round. Same old thing, the only way the pharmas will truly start chasing them and signing deals is when the existing partners start banking some useable results or licensing phylomers. Anything else will keep things heading down as it guarantees the company has outgoings with no income for another few years. We all know now that at this point the company may be viable for 6-9 months but after that its money time again unless something gives.
