lum has to pomote itself on a world scale and so far it seems they are undercutting themselves
whats the point if the costs end up being more then the revenues ....
plenty of businesses have gone broke undercuttung so as to get their product in the market place ...
advertisers have lum by the balls as they are aware lum is desperate to offload their signs
