Maybe you are right Privacy, but at the moment, there is only one sign available for one advertiser on 4TS. So the advertisers can play games, but someone is going to miss out, esp. if they think that it is a good location to put a sign.
Other thing is, do we really know how much the advertising space actually worth on 4TS - rubbery figures everywhere.
