The question is, are the shareholders and investment groups that bought from $12 - 7 going to sell at $4 ?
I wonder how many people bought at those prices and hold to the stock as a long term view, certainly they know that the company is under great pressure but keeping their hands on the stock is better than sell now. I am sure the board will consider it.
