Agree with both. LT, BUY or even ST, anything but sell. WBC seems to lend itself to overselling. Pardon thepun. Great trading stock even though i haven't traded it much. Volumes of late suggest a bullish attitude from traders in the short term.
So what if it breaches 20? As long as you sold at 22, or are long term. It's all good.
