i would hazard a guess, but we had the announcement by WOW that future profit margins were not that good during that time frame.
i myself was gobsmacked when they made the announcement.
i think a lot of investors , even now, are a bit hesitant . it probably is because that the so called 'bottom" is still not really definable.
management is a shambles and we are all relying on the new Mr/Mrs Right , but he/she will be a "relative" of the existing scumbags .
that said, WOW have so much potential and it is so important to the backbone of OZ that they prosper .
