(c) Time of acquisition of ASM Shares Whilst generally the ASM Shares are taken to have been acquired on the Demerger Date, for the purposes of determining future eligibility for the CGT discount on a subsequent sale of ASM Shares, the ASM Shares will be taken to have been acquired on the same date as the corresponding Alkane Shares.
