This doesn't feel well to me - TH for a management change suggests that there is a lot more happening underneath. And we are close to commissioning a mine and a plant. It *may* just be that a working mine needs a different management style than a project to deliver the mine, but if that's all it is, than a TH seems a somewhat over the top precaution.

Also, this company has a history of not always delivering. Delays are inevitable with a project like this, but still this doesn't have the right feel about it.

I just hope I'm wrong. Sentiment at the moment: hold. What else can we do?
