Most hostile reception ever given to a leading politician that I can remember. resembles the sort of hostility shown to President Johnson, and by some lefties to President Nixon, I think Morrison is getting blamed for all of this.

He is absolutely finished.

LNP must get rid of him if he does not make sense and resign. Even Presidents Johnson and Nixon and Prime Minister Holt has the good sense to get out while they can. It is obviously ungodly to do what Holt did but the poor man never really could think through anything.

Hope Morrison does better than Harold Holt and simply resigns.

He can just resign. that would give time for Dutton to get on with it or Marshall or Mander if the could get elected into the Lower House in time.
