Nextime 2 you are on the right track. In my opinion the management should be concentrating on joint venturing out the base metal / gold rights for their tenement holdings. That way the long and short suffering shareholders would at least have something happening and a bit of hope. Tenement expenditure obligations would be satisfied at no cost to PDY. Obvious jv partners include RNI and Sandfire.
