SIR has spent the past 12 months trying to find another Nova or Bollinger (so far unsuccessfully).

The challenges for RMR (and ENT) are such that investing in it is nothing more than a punt (that some of us have decided to take).

Nothing to date indicates that RMR will be successful, which is exactly the same position as SIR was in a couple of years ago.
