Just so we understand you correctly, you are not angry with the perpetrators of the compliance failure (i.e. POS management), but rather with the compliance police (ASIC) and the Federal Court who are tasked with ENFORCING... THE... LAW? Methinks you have forgotten that there is only one reason why we are in this situation... and the headwaters are the offices at Churchill Court, Subiaco and the managerial compliance failures that originated from there.
Presumably the Rule of Law doesn't mean much to you...
