10+ ?? I would not be surprised. I know it is a HC cliche but I will say it anyway.....There is some smart money accumulating here. I don't like to be stereotyped so I don't use that phrase loosely. we have seen two big runs in the last few trading days with 2 new highs reached. It would seem the bigger investors are accumulating aggressively and then break off to allow the sell side to build again. But something about the frantic nature of their buying sprees suggests to me we will soon be on the other side of 10c on a more permanent basis.
