Yes I said the same thing last week. If you depend on mail to get booklet and send cheques back by mail it would be nigh impossible, especially if you lived in regional Australia. The entitlement was tight - just 8 business days. Very few flights between cities for any express mail. Normal mail takes a week in each direction. There will be some who can't meet the deadline plus those who don't have spare cash to participate. So its possible we will get the bulk of the 35% or close to it.
