I was listening to our local community radio station this morning where the presenters are all volunteers and one apologised and said he is giving it away, he is an octogenarian and can't flaunt the rules. He must do a minimum of 12 hours a week. I have no idea about his private life but the station has been a big part of his life for years. Another presenter I do know personally, a little younger than me, is a widower and the station, Toastmasters and his work are everything to him.
This distancing is a big problem.
Still talking of old farts, and not so old farts, golf is their exercise and social contact. A foursome should be able to maintain distance but I suspect it is verboten in Victoriastan.
