finally it's not about everyone agreeing, that's what opinions are, just opinions.
there have been various calculations on what the share price should be valued at, it's been done to death. if people want to find these they can quite easily.
the only thing that truly matters is what the end result is and we'll be alot closer to knowing this after Zone 2 is completed in approx August.
