Interesting reports and posssibly reasonable valuations in the short term, but I do expect drilling to continue expanding the resource for several years to come. Consequently, I expect brokers to make frequent adjustments to their valuations. I really don't believe Stephen Dattels and his buddies have been paying over au$5/share for large tranches of EXT with a view to selling them at au$6 or even au$6.6. I accept that no-one is infullible, but uranium is their area of expertise and Dattels & Co are also very successful businessmen.
IMO It's worth reviewing some of the quotes in this article from April 02, 2009.
Mr. Dattels sold uranium company UraMin Inc. for US$2.5-billion in 2007, and he is convinced that Rossing South is the next big thing. He bought major interests in Extract and Kalahari through two mining companies he runs, and believes there are many potential buyers for the deposit.
