IF RIO do aquire this project and pay a premium for it, one reason will be that it's next to there existing infrastructure at the Rossing mine. The more throughput that goes through that plant the lower the processing cost per lb. RIO have been struggling to raise throughput and Rossing South material I believe is the same composition, a very good fit.
Even if RIO do not aquire the whole project, some sort of agreement with RIO would obviously make sense in the processing of the ore.
