$8/share is just pie in the sky.
CRK is a value trap until they actually work up a reserve - a resource is not the same thing as a reserve.
They may be able to prove up some small deposits that can be mined by other miners on some arrangement that does not cost CRK much in capital, but this would also mean that CRK gets less of the profits.
