Hard to work out a value for the land though, $8,000 in the Australian, I read $4,000 somewhere else and now $3,000 being called at CNBC (slowly getting closer lol).
At $3000 and acre gives a cash backing of $0.06 a share or there abouts.
Wonder how the underwriter will proceed, sell her off or develop it. I guess at a 18 month payback period its a tough call to develop with current cash position. Time will tell i guess
