CityView of Angola first published in the December 2007 edition of RESOURCESTOCKS magazine,appearing in today's MiningNews would have augered well for a some of today's SP movement.
Certainly a higher share price for present/near future CVI initiatives is best for all involved.
Not sure of a lockout either but it's a hold for me either way.
