Not sure Soda on that. Chances are the impacts of the virus (not the financial fallout from same) will be considerable less in a short term period. whether that is 12 weeks or 12 months no-one knows. It might not be prudent to divert from long term sustainable strategy of tertiary provision to input significant resource to design and implement something that may have a very short shelf life. Just a thought.
