I understand there a shareholders of CR9 by default due to their previous investment in Sintech, however the management & board of Sintech have absolutely ZERO to do with CR9 the entity, or CR9's management effective from the day CR9 re-listed.

You can't judge CR9 by what Sintech did or did not do, its irrelevant, take you issue up with them, and possibly don't invest in anything they are behind in the future if they did not deliver.

As I mentioned previously, if CR9 don't get an announcement re JORC out in the next week or two...fair cop.

I have no problem people expressing an opinion, I take issue when it is ill-informed (see above) and to get antsy about not delivering an announcement when technically it is still Sept is....
