I have invested in small caps previously, sometimes a delay has been caused by consultants wanting to confirm and reaffirm results as they are that good.
Up to this point mgt has not put a foot wrong, we all know there a delays across the industry due to COVID, have faith, be patient and cut them a little bit of slack
