Next quarterly won't be until end of April, but you are right there definitely appears to be a change in trading pattern in recent weeks.
I think a lot of investors looking at FLC were trying to figure out why there was such a prolonged downturn... assuming something must be amiss and bad news imminent. But the recent quarterly released end of Jan18 confirms that business is continuing as expected with profitability still forecast for 2019.
A lot of water still to flow under the bridge until then, but momentum still appears to be strong with quarterly updates informing shareholders of several wins globally (mostly from RWL's legacy business).
March should be a good month for FLC, almost there and some appear to be loading up anticipating that we are at or close to lows. Feeling quietly confident, although there is no real rush .. multi-year investment timeframe for me, so I'll continue to buy on weakness.
