I always find it strange that these broker targets are usually...

    I always find it strange that these broker targets are usually always 100 percent of current price. Gmm will miraculously come out with broker targets double the current share price also so anywhere double of the 15-20 cent range.

    Eg gxy is at 9 cents and the target is 18 or so
