I guess I should expand upon my previous response, EFDL made an offer of 23 when the market price was 23....... where is evidence of a conflict ?
As far as the threats.....As kids we were given a clip under the ears if we "stamped our feet" when we did not get our own way.....some people were not provided with this benefit.
I agree with everything you've stated in if Gavin attempts to gain any "advantage" then out he should go but at this present time that has not happened, at least not to our knowledge.
It is all a bit academic anyway now we are trading at 25...... I guess at this point the market has spoken and it is "no deal".
EFDL either withdraw the offer or up it........no point in proceeding, just a waste of printing and postage costs.
Interesting times ahead.
