El Pedro.. i've changed my tune a bit. There is a conflict of interest no-one can deny that. I would imagine FND's corporate governance policy would deal with this. I would be happy if in the next announcement Barry came out and said there was a conflict of interest but Caudle has been excluded from all negotiations regarding the take-over of FND.
Copper up, FND receiving TO bids, production going well (minus a few minor issues).. this is a good place to be.
Maybe we can maintain the remaining debt for now and start paying out dividends ASAP to reduce the likelihood of take-over offers??
