In my view the Court isn’t likely to use its discretion to terminate the DOCA unless there is a better more certain outcome for creditors. Surely a “friendly” party could come up with a loan to guarantee payout of the DOCA creditors, then reason of DOCA unlikely to be effectuated due to FIRB and ASIC requirements and time already extended once, would perhaps sway the Judge that it’s in the best interest of creditors for existing DOCA to be cancelled.

If Judge agrees then would be interesting to see if the “friendly” party wants their own DOCA or happy to return control to Directors.

Us small fish can but watch on in awe of our great system. Pub test would be the existing DOCA is stuffed given regulatory requirements, time already granted and changed lithium environment giving a significant value to our shares.
