Shareholders do have standing to argue prejudice (in recent WA Supreme Court case law) so Austroid will essentially have to show that Cannacord's argument is a legal impossibility. If Justice Hill doesn't allow Cannacord to bring the application to terminate the DOCA then she had better have some good reasons
