    GXY joined in the legal action with Rowsthorn a couple of years ago as they were trying to force a liquidation of the assets.

    They settled with Austroid and thus some of their shares where transferred to Austroid as part of the settlement. Hence why Austroid now hold around 10% shares ownership in Alita plus the debt.
