Canaccord Oppose DOCA, page-253

Hi AC, I don’t know if it’s possible or what Canaccord intent is, but I was curious if Canaccord or someone could offer the Administrator a loan on commercial terms to pay out the creditors. A primary factor for the judge to excercise their discretionary power to terminate the DOCA will be the interests of the DOCA creditors. A guarantee that they would be paid out would likely assist cover that off, as opposed to a liquidation process where there would be no such guarantee.

No idea what Canaccords intent is though, they may be wanting a sale, or they may be trying to return control to our Directors, or have some other end game that we haven’t thought of. And as I say, also not sure what is allowable from a legal perspective, would a cancelled DOCA automatically invoke liquidation or can other arrangements be put in place?

Will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
