Actually I think the court proceeding is for Canaccord to justify why the DOCA should be terminated. But I don’t think that they need to have a ready buyer for that justification. They probably have to put forward arguments to convince the court. If the DOCA is terminated, then the DA will probably open up Alita to bids or even recapitalization proposals. Not sure though if this is correct.
