    the assets/revenue were of the company
    and certainly the DA, being as independent professionals as they are,
    will have to act to
    > preserve the assets, and/or
    > claim for recovery of losses arising from malpractices, if any.

    yes
    unlikely there is another more exciting stock on the asx
    and until the infrastructure is strengthened
    creativity will allow other phoenix off the runway ...
