    You would think that AKE (Allkem) would be viewing this very closely as GXY was a major fund contributor to A40 before it went under ($40M wasn’t it?)

    Curious wether they (AKE) would also be able to claim “a vested interest” and have first dibs in any recapitalisation discussion.

    Thoughts?
