Canaccord Oppose DOCA, page-573

On its own, Austroid will never say "I have enough, thank you very much and now go look after the shareholders".
It is natural to assume that Austroid will hang and milk the mines for as long as they can...and why not?
Would the DA look after the shareholders' rights? I don't know but as far as the action so far, i don't think so.

What we really need is either FIRB put their foot down and say 'NO' to the transfer of ownership - this will immediately kill off the DOCA or thw court rules in favour of Canaccord and declare the DOCA null and void.

There are rays of hope but so far, that's all it is..HOPE.

Let's continue to hope and who knows, maybe justice can prevail.
